Title: IFBB Bikini Pro

Married/Single: married 17 years

Kids: 6 children

City you live in: Queen Creek

A typical day in my life includes…

children, kiddos, kids, babies and more children lol. Well maybe not that many but there are days it feels that way. Every day starts and ends with them which I LOVE. My husband is a huge support and helps me a ton, thank goodness. A typical day would be breakfast with the kiddos and getting them off to school. I leave to work where I train clients one on one helping them reach their fitness goals. I also do a lot of online work as well working with women from around the country helping them learn to balance life, family and fitness. I, of course have to get in my workouts as well, so sometime during all of this I squeeze in a quick workout, run errands, meet kids for lunch on certain days, help out in the classroom, plan dinner, homework time, make sure kid’s chores are done, meal prep for myself and all the kids’ lunches for the next day. My husband tries to do all the driving for extra curriculars after school and into the evening. Four nights a week I try and read to the kids. I’m a former 2nd grade school teacher and love this part of night! Generally in bed by 8pm so while reading sometimes is quick it’s important for me to have that quiet quality time together. And FYI these reading sessions are just to my three youngest … the three older ones are a little too cool for it hahaha.

I was born…

in Mesa, Arizona.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

the familiarity of it. It never being too cold is probably my favorite. Yes it’s hot but I don’t know the difference lol winter and spring is perfect so I can take the heat in the summer.

I’m listening to…

right now?? My puppy barking and the girls playing shopkins.

My family…

we are BUSY…a busy, busy family. My three oldest (16, 14, 11) all play football right now. So getting them to and from is a circus. My 16 year old actually wont turn 16 until tomorrow so he can’t drive yet and many times we have to rely on Uber to get him to his practices or events. My 9 year old is in softball and the twins not in anything yet because I’m still trying to find the time lol. My husband and I both work. He is a former US Marine and currently a detective with the US Marshals apprehending high-risk fugitives. So his schedule is not always consistent. But we make it work! Kids have chores and responsibilities and me and my boys are very close. They are in the teenage years and while its scary there still is trust so I’m thankful for that.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

my husband. This sounds sooo cheesy but it’s true haha! I LOVE my cheat meals and don’t want to share them with anyone besides him. I’m a simple person and not really a star struck kind of person. I know what I love and honestly cant think of anyone I’m dying to eat with!

One thing I cannot live without…

my kids! And water and protein and carbs lol…all these are what makes me happy in this world.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a doctor or nurse. I would draw systems of the body and still have the digestive system I drew when I was younger haha…I still love to learn about the body and how it all works. So it makes sense that I do what I do as far as nutrition and health is concerned. The body fascinates me and always will. And if I had the time and money I would still consider pursuing my nursing degree.

I’m inspired by…

the positive spirit and outlook of strong women. Women that don’t compete against one another but truly love seeing others shine and accomplish what their heart wants. Mothers, career women, those that don’t let things get them down but instead overcome. These stories are always inspiring to me.

The one person who motivates me is…

my husband. He has unconditional love for our family and me. He is my solid ground and will support me in any decision I make. He pushes me to be better than I am without making me ever feel that I’m lacking.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

poverty and homeless children. If I could take on every child in need I would.

The perfect day would be…

a pool day with my kids and husband…literally all day at the pool at a resort, then back to the room for a movie and popcorn. OR taking all my kids to New York and going to a Yankee game…this would be the perfect day!

My first job was…

Paccinos Pizza, working in my brothers pizza shop.

My favorite escape…

New York City with my husband. This is where he proposed and will always be “our” place.

My life…

is beyond hard but the most perfect life I can imagine. Filled with mistakes, learning experiences and challenges but memories that can’t ever be replaced and love.

I’m currently working on…

a website as an avenue for women to go to for fitness tips, motivation, etc.

Always…

find what makes you happy and don’t let go of this. You only have one life, you should live it passionately for you.

Never…

forget who you are and where you came from. It’s easy to change and let others change who you are but at the end of the day you have to live with the decisions you make. We are all special in our own way and this should never be lost.

Favorite Quote…

Be you, the world will adjust.”

Biggest Dream…

besides eating whatever I want and not getting fat?? Lol, this would probably be one of my biggest dreams…alongside taking all my kids on an airplane and watching their faces light up. So basically a New York trip with the children haha, that would be my biggest dream.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

women/people that think they’re trainers just because they’ve competed or have done a couple shows. I know we all have to start somewhere but promoting yourself as a personal trainer without the credentials and with limited knowledge is definitely one of my pet peeves.

I don’t really have a typical day, but they never fail to consist of food, coffee, homework, play time with the pup, and NAPS!!!!

I was born…

in the wrong state, I need the beach.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

FOR SURE the sunshine. Cold weather is NO GO for me.

I’m listening to…

depends on the mood. But some of my favs are Local Natives, Two Door Cinema Club, Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Lil Uzi Vert, and BEYONCE ALWAYS!

My family…

is actually hilarious. Shout out to my siblings, ILY!!

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

with my dad. 9/3/2009 <3

One thing I cannot live without…

my family. I don’t know how I got so lucky.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

FAMOUS! You could always find me wearing my pink feather boa and rock star shades HAHA, I was sooo extra as a child.

I’m inspired by…

my grandma. She is the strongest woman I know. Wouldn’t be where I am today without her.

The one person who motivates me is…

my little sister. She is my best friend and knowing she looks up to me pushes me to always give 1000% to the things I take on.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

world hunger anddddd these gas prices, c’mon.

The perfect day would be…

laying on the beach while being fed grapes and In N’ Out, all while being fanned with palm tree fawns at the same time.

My first job was…

at Gigi’s Cupcakes with my bestie Madison Kaiden, haha.

My favorite escape…

is bundling up in bed with a candle lit and some easy listens.

My life…

is LIT!

I’m currently working on…

a degree in both psych and pre-law. Trying to prepare for the adult life.

Always…

step out of your comfort zone.

Never…

let anybody tell you that you aren’t capable of something.

Favorite Quote…

“You’re never too important to be nice to people”.

Biggest Dream…

to create a happy and successful life I can share with the important people around me.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

1) Those who bring others down to feel better about themselves and 2) Being asked the same question over and over.

City you live in: Mesa

A typical day in my life includes…

STARBUCKS!! 😉 Back to back to back phone calls, emails, running the kids around to their activities, squeezing in a workout, and hopefully have time to brush my teeth LOL.

I was born…

in Flagstaff, AZ on March 28, 1982.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

is the beautiful sunsets AND the extreme heat (believe it or not)! I don’t do well in the cold. And of course, the fact that my family is here. This is my home. I will never leave permanently. Mark. My. Words.

I’m listening to…

my kids screaming and fighting most of the time. Or conference call after conference call. Not a whole lot or music or podcasting going on, but when I do: Lewis Howes is the man of all podcasts…and Sam Hunt, Imagine Dragons, Boyce Avenue, Thomas Rhett…anything super sappy ;).

My family…

is my world. They are almost too good to be true, to be honest. From my kids, to my parents, to my siblings. Really. It’s crazy.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

myself. Alone. Because I get no peace and quiet in my life. In fact, I would pay for this.

One thing I cannot live without…

oh c’mon. I have to pick one thing? I have a few: Family, Starbucks, iPhone, flip flops, extensions.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

an orthopedic surgeon for the Phoenix Suns. Until I realized all the schooling that would take.

I’m inspired by…

a handful of people: Chris (my husband), Whitney Jones (super mom/business woman/fitness idol), Kacey Luvi (just a good, solid, beautiful human being inside and out), The Rock (how he has created so much, and devotes so much to his fans is just incredible to me), my mom (she is everything), and my family (they are why I do what I do).

The one person who motivates me is…

all of the above.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

nothing actually. I am a firm believer that all things are what they are for a reason. The good, the bad, and the ugly. If I changed one thing in an unnatural way, I worry it would be the Butterfly Effect! I guess I could have answered and said, “ME”…because really by changing/controlling me I can change/control anything I want.

The perfect day would be…

every day IS the perfect day. Some days are harder than others, but honestly I love life just the way it is. Even days that Chris and I fight, or I might not succeed as I would like. All of these days are perfect in that they lead to who I am now, where I am at, and ultimately who I want to be and where I want to go.

My first job was…

balancing my grandmas checkbook when I was 10! I have always loved numbers, and she would pay me $5 an hour to help her out!

My favorite escape…

two places: Home (because it’s safe, and I am surrounded by the people I love), and the Four Seasons. There is one near us that allows us to get away without going too far (because I love home and AZ), and they treat us so kindly there. I love them.

My life…

is better than I ever imagined it would be. I am blessed.

I’m currently working on…

too many things at once. But if I wasn’t, I would be unhappy. I thrive on stress and an overflowing plate. We launched our app, TRANSFORM with Chris and Heidi in March 2017 – which has over 150,000 downloads (surprisingly!), and recently launched our Fresh by TRANSFORM ready meal (fresh, never frozen and 100% all natural, delivered to your doorstep for FREE). Up next, Chris and I are creating a supplement line and some educational tools to literally take away EVERY excuse anyone could ever have for NOT being able to transform their lives. That’s our goal. TRANSFORMation for EVERY BODY!

Always…

love unconditionally.

Never…

judge.

Favorite Quote…

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves: Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.” – Marianne Williamson

Biggest Dream…

I am living them. Honestly. And they are dreams I never knew I even had. From here…I want my kids to live the fullest happiest lives they could ever dream of.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

Chris rushing me to get out the door!!!! Just give me 5 more minutes, already (said every girl alive).

Title: Owner of Blink Mattress, Ms. Arizona State 2016

Age: 53

Married/Single: Single

Kids: 3

City you live in: Mesa

A typical day in my life includes…

I own 3 retail mattress stores in AZ and that keeps me very busy! I start my day in the gym at 4:30am until 6:30 then home to get my kids Saylor, 15 and Sutton, 13 off to school. I then head back to Pro Physique at least 3 times a week for a booty circuit class that is amazing and intense by anyone’s standards! I leave there for work until 6pm and head home to get dinner and spend some time with my kids and my boyfriend Tyler. Often Tyler and I will go for a walk at night and get caught up on the day .

I was born…

in Spokane, Washington.

My favorite thing about Arizona is…

the amazing wildlife. Bobcats, javalina, bunnies, even rattlesnakes are all over around our neighborhood! And the weather.

I’m listening to

right now I find rap and new pop hits are my top on my workout playlist . I love Chainsmokers and any song with the word “booty” in it apparently lol.

My family…

is everything to me, especially my 3 kids. Everything else is second to my love for them.

If I could have dinner with anyone it would be…

my Grandmother who passed several years ago. I miss how funny she was!

The one thing I can live without is…

the gym. My day has to have it in there somewhere for me to be able to feel complete.

When I was younger I wanted to be…

a TV broadcaster for a news station. I still dream of that job – you never know!

I’m inspired by…

my daughters . Saylor and Trisha. They have both become such amazing young women and it makes me want to do my best everyday.

The one person who motivates me…

Saylor. When she was 12 she was in a terrible roll over accident that cost her the use of her right dominant hand . Seeing all she has gone through motivates me to never quit.

If I could change anything in the word it would be…

childhood hunger. It kills me that kids go to bed hungry at night when there is more than enough nutritious food out there to feed them all.

My perfect day would be…

hit the gym , have breakfast with my family (I don’t have to clean up the mess), shopping with my girls, lunch  and massages with my best friends.  Then dinner with my BF and a long walk before bed!

My first job was…

a waitress at a small cafe . I was terrible at it but I got free french fries so I tried hard to keep it going as long as I could, lol.

My favorite escape…

is my training . For that hour or two nothing else enters in. It’s the one part of the day that is just for me and I can put everything else out of my mind.

Favorite Quote…

“A man/women’s worth is not measured by the abundance of his/her wealth” – Luke 12:15

Always…

forgive quickly because it is a gift you give yourself.

Never…

forget to  take care of your body and mind. You only get one!

My life…

has been all over the place . I have had little and I have had much. The one thing I know for sure is I know how to live either way – and that’s a good feeling! Out of all the things I have accomplished, having three beautiful children is by far the most amazing! I am SO blessed!

I am currently working on…

opening my third mattress store, Blink Mattress Experts in Gilbert, while training to compete in my first bikini Fitness competition with help from my trainer Artie Cook at Pro Physique! So excited!

Biggest dream…

to grow my business to 8 locations . Continue to train and strengthen my body for competition and build my future with the one I love.

Pet peeve/s…

is people judging another’s situation when they have never been in their shoes. Be a light in someone’s life – a kind word can change an entire outcome.

I was born…

in Gilbert AZ.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

I love everything about Arizona. I love being close to my friends and family. I love the shopping, dining and nightlife. I love all the pretty women. I love the hustle and the entrepreneur friendly atmosphere.

I’m listening to…

recent mixes of my artists new music about to come out in the next few weeks, stay tuned!

My family…

is the reason I am where I am today. Thank you mom & dad! <3

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Max Martin, one of the greatest songwriters of all time. He is responsible for over 22 billboard hot 100 number one hits with a wide variety of different artists.

One thing I cannot live without…

my guitar, my weights, my Bose soundlink mini, and my notepad.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a rockstar and a business man.

I’m inspired by…

people with passion and enthusiasm who aren’t afraid to be raw, transparent and vulnerable. I thrive off people’s energy so I’m very careful whom I surround myself with. I am also addicted to being productive. I am not comfortable taking days off, it gives me anxiety just thinking about it. I have too many goals to focus on.

The one person who motivates me is…

I wouldn’t say one person is responsible for motivating me, it’s a collective effort and I have a really great team. I owe everything to my support system in which the lines between friends and family become blurred. That’s how I like it. However, I would like to give credit to my mentors Joey Fazio and Scott Grigg. I could never repay them for all the time and energy they have invested into my success. Thank you guys.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

world hunger. A few years ago I got a tattoo that says “Gold Intentions”. It has a double meaning, but it’s also a reminder. I have all intentions of being financially successful, to then position myself to be in a place of greater influence so I can truly make a major impact on world hunger. My favorite Jay Z line was “I can’t help the poor if I’m one of them”. I let that motivate me.

The perfect day would be…

waking up to a breakfast burrito and a cold brew coffee with a view of the Sedona red rocks. Getting a workout in, closing a deal, then writing a new song.

My first job was…

I was a hotel front desk agent/concierge at the Hyatt in the lovely city of Scottsdale.

My favorite escape…

a good book, the gym, and the studio. All three are incredibly therapeutic and necessary for my sanity. Mind, body, and soul.

My life…

is a lot to keep up with.

I’m currently working on…

selling out the remaining lots at my project The Village at Mountain Shadows, a luxury new home development in the heart of Paradise Valley. I am also working several new albums including my own as well as my artist, Laci Kay Somers. I am a cast-member on an upcoming reality TV-show focused on Scottsdale entrepreneurs and the day-to-day lifestyles of the intersecting high-end industries that my close friends and I are involved in. We have been filming for months and I am excited to see how it develops. Lastly, I am very excited to be involved in bringing Crunch Fitness to Arizona and developing the greater Phoenix area with my partner Joey Fazio. Crunch Fitness is a brand that includes celebrity franchisees such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Chris Paul and we are opening three locations in the next 12 months with plans to expand to 30+ gyms in the next 7 years.

Always…

listen to your intuition.

Never…

over think it.

Favorite Quote…

Title: Godfather

Married/Single: Single

Kids: I have 3 kids not counting all of my younger friends that I’m currently raising

City you live in: Scottsdale

A typical day in my life includes…

Going over P&Ls, managing my athlete’s and celebrity’s affairs, and handling whatever needs to be handled in the 20+ businesses that I own.

I was born…

in Yonkers, New York.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

the lack of natural disasters and the perfect winters. So I guess that means I love the “weather”. Opportunity comes in at a close second though. Being from the East Coast everything seems so slow paced here. All I see is opportunity because no one here wants to work and I LOVE it because I’m a workaholic.

I’m listening to… Zach and I’s music or Joyner Lucas (who is a good friend of mine).

My family…

is literally my everything. Being Italian, family is what you live for. Family isn’t defined by blood it’s more of a concept, a pact, and I would do anything for my family.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Al Pacino. His acting was probably more responsible for who I turned out to be than any teacher or professor I ever had.

One thing I cannot live without…

this is a close tie between pizza and family…hmmm..can we make pizza an official part of my family?

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

a businessman. I would’ve dropped out of school at 12 if I could’ve. Unfortunately for me I wanted to play soccer in high school and I couldn’t do that unless I was in school. I moved out of my parent’s house at 17 and took matters/life into my own hands at that point.

I’m inspired by…

youth! The promise of a bright future, the purity of untapped potential, the blank canvas that is a young mind inspires me more than anything else. It is the reason I mentor budding businessmen and women and donate my time, efforts, energy and experiences into making the future leaders of tomorrow more efficient and well-rounded people.

The one person who motivates me is…

  1. I have never had a proper mentor nor ever had anyone push me to my limits. I’ve always been a self-motivator.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

the education system. It’s so flawed in so many ways.

The perfect day would be…

my wedding day (if it ever happens). I would love the opportunity to invite all of the people I love most in the world to an event commemorating me and the woman I will spend the rest of my life with. Pretty cheesy for a guy to say that, right? Guess it’s a good thing I don’t care what any of you think 🙂

My first job was…

bagging groceries at Food Lion, haha.

My favorite escape…

Taormina, Sicily. I try to go every year. I have wonderful friends and family there. It’s the one place on Earth I actually shut my phone off and just soak in my surroundings, TRULY relax, and simply enjoy the moment.

My life…

is a wonderful, beautiful, tumultuous roller coaster.

I’m currently working on…

Zach’s album, a reality TV show, building my 4th Denny’s, franchising my FitStrong Nutrition stores, redesigning my FitStrong Supplement line, and opening multiple Crunch Fitness gyms across Phoenix. Yes, this is all happening at once. Welcome to Joey’s World.

Always…

stand up for what you believe in.

Never…

lie to those you love and/or respect.

Favorite Quote…

Delegate everything but genius.

Biggest Dream…

to be in my 80’s or 90’s and sit back at a family gathering, preferably around the holidays and observe multiple generations of my blood line interacting with smiles on their faces and know that I not only made their lives possible, but that they are good people living fulfilling lives with hearts full of love and minds focused on opportunity.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

lying/deception, wasted potential, bad hygiene.

Married/Single: Single!

Kids: 0

City you live in: Phoenix, specifically Downtown (and totally obsessed)

A typical day in my life includes…

I get centered every morning with bulletproof coffee, burning sage, and meditating (and let’s be real, generally post an Insta-story about it). The rest of the day is cray cray and spent bouncing between my online clients, in-person clients, taking care of my wellness studio, fitting in a workout of my own, and spreading my love for holistic wellness in any way I can.

I was born…

in Phoenix.

My favorite thing about Arizona…

the fact that I can hop in the car from my apartment in Downtown Phoenix, drive for a couple hours, and I can be in the red rocks of Sedona or on an incredible hike in Flagstaff. I should note that a VERY close second is our local pizzerias and breweries. Ugh, so good.

I’m listening to…

Portugal. The Man has been on repeat for me lately.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

Gary Vaynerchuk. He was a huge source of no-bullshit inspo when I wanted to start my own business and his energy is unlike anything I’ve seen before. Tony Robbins is a close second for those very reasons as well.

One thing I cannot live without…

oh, easy. Coffee.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

an actress. But you know, my severe stage fright definitely got in the way of that.

I’m inspired by…

others who take risks, push themselves to constantly be evolving, and put the work in on themselves. I’m lucky enough to have a close group of girlfriends who do this and I leave every hangout feeling so inspired. I know how rare that is so I have so much gratitude for them.

The one person who motivates me is…

myself. It’s a relationship that I’ve had to work pretty hard at so I feel proud admitting that I’m my biggest motivator when shit needs to get done!

If I could change anything in the world, it would be…

the lack of self-work a lot of people do. If we focused on healing the parts of ourselves that are broken, we wouldn’t be so destructive or hateful to others around us.

The perfect day would be…

a great cup of coffee, an awesome workout, working remotely helping clients with their own holistic wellness journey, dinner at a beautiful local restaurant with great friends, grabbing beers at a local brewery or taproom after, and a great night’s sleep. Food and sleep over everything basically.

My first job was…

a hostess for a family owned restaurant in Ahwatukee (which I’m totally blanking on the name).

My favorite escape…

solo road trips to Flagstaff. There’s something about the trees, huge drop in temperature, and being alone in nature that gets me super jazzed.

My life…

is dope as hell. It’s messy, unpredictable, sometimes super stressful, but it consistently lights me up, challenges me, and fulfills me.

I’m currently working on…

an e-book (The Single Babe’s Guide to Wellness) on www.caitlincuriosity.com, adding more spiritually centered events to Exhale Wellness Studio, collaborating with other local businesses for some awesome events for the community, and working on myself (an ongoing journey, duh)!

Always…

say thank you. Always.

Never…

leave the house without mints (ya neva know).

Favorite Quote…

“If love is anything, it is everything.” –Christopher Poindexter (loved it so much I tattooed it on my arm this year).

Biggest Dream…

to help women heal their old narratives to intuitively take care and love their bodies holistically in the way that makes sense for them. I’m lucky enough to be living my dream on a daily basis and that’s pretty rad.

My Pet Peeve(s)…

bad manners make my skin crawl.

that people would genuinely be kind to one another.

The perfect day would be…

My favorite thing about Arizona…

I’m listening to…

N.E.R.D. as I have off and on for 15 years because of their creativity and production.

My family…

is the center of my life even more so now as it has shrunk with the passing of my grandparents and grown since marrying my wife along with my sister becoming a mom.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…

One thing I cannot live without…

are pizza nights with my wife.

When I was younger, I wanted to be…

an American James Bond.

I’m inspired by…

the legacy of my grandpa and dad’s business philosophy, which was based off the Golden Rule, along with the unconditional love and support from my entire family, which has given me the confidence to take risks.

The one person who motivates me…
